Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, you may do so without penalty before it goes into preparation. Once your pizza or other menu items have entered the preparation stage, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations as the ingredients are fresh and custom-prepared for you.
Quality Concerns
If you receive an order that does not meet our high standards for quality, please contact us immediately at +44 20 7946 0958. We will need a description of the issue and, if possible, photographic evidence. Upon verification, we may offer a full or partial refund, which will be issued to the original payment method, or provide a replacement order at no additional cost to you.
Incorrect Orders
In the event you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please notify us within 2 hours of delivery. We will confirm the error and offer a replacement or refund for the incorrect item(s).
Refund Processing
Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order. All decisions about refunds are made at our discretion and are final. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
Gift cards, promotional items, and any products purchased during a promotional event are not eligible for a refund.
