'MidlineAccess originated from a single goal: to introduce original Neapolitan pizza to London. Established by the Bianchi household in 1985, our little pizza shop began as a home-based venture with long-standing family recipes.
Marco Bianchi, our originator, acquired the pizza-making craft during her explorations across Italy, apprenticing with renowned pizzaiolos in Naples, the homeland of pizza. After coming back to the UK, she was inspired to replicate the essence of traditional Italian pizza, using age-old techniques and premium ingredients.
Starting off as a quaint 12-seat eatery, we now hold a special place in the hearts of locals, and our fidelity to excellence and authenticity remains constant. We continue to employ original wood-fired ovens, prepare our dough from scratch each day, and seek out the finest produce available.
Presently, 'MidlineAccess' is still under family management, with the second generation of the Bianchi lineage steering our devoted crew. Despite adopting some contemporary practices, our business’s ethos has not altered: crafting luscious, authentic pizzas that unite people.
